General Terms of Service

These General Terms of Service apply in addition to any signed Wolf Pack Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”). By working with Wolf Pack LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to these terms. For any questions, reach out to us anytime at info@jointhewolfpack.co.

1. Account Access & Platform Support

By entering into an Agreement, you authorize Wolf Pack LLC to access your property management software, pricing tools, or other relevant accounts solely for the purpose of delivering the services we’ve agreed on.

Any passwords or login credentials you share with us will be kept securely.

You always remain the legal owner of your accounts, and you’re responsible for any associated subscriptions or billing with those platforms.

We’re here to get into the weeds with you — to optimize, set up, and guide you — but the ultimate ownership stays with you.

2. Ownership of Deliverables

Once our work together is complete and any outstanding balances are paid, you’ll fully own all strategies, systems, templates, SOPs, and tools we create for your business.

You’re free to keep, adapt, or scale them however you choose.

We believe in setting you up to lead your pack with confidence — no hidden strings attached.

3. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy and trust matter to us. Wolf Pack LLC will only access your business data and accounts for the purpose of providing the consulting services you’ve engaged us for.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and secure, and we expect you to do the same on your end.

4. Automatic Payment Authorization

By signing your Agreement, you give Wolf Pack LLC permission to automatically process payments using the payment method you’ve provided.

Any recurring or milestone payments will follow the agreed schedule in your signed Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Wolf Pack LLC’s role is advisory — we’re here to guide, support, and build systems with you, but you remain responsible for how you run your short-term rental business.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to hold Wolf Pack LLC and its partners harmless from any indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or bookings.

You also agree to defend and indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your actions or breach of these terms.

6. Updates to These Terms

We may update these General Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted to www.jointhewolfpack.co and will apply going forward. Updates will never change your signed Agreement without clear notice.
